We have a bespoke picture framing service with a fantastic range of frames and framing styles to choose from. We have been in Sunninghill for over 30 years and have framed some very interesting items in that time. From beautiful artwork, photographs, children’s paintings to football shirts, wedding bouquets, books, violins and tennis racquets to name a few of the amazing things we have been entrusted to frame.

In the Gallery we have examples of different styles of framing. This will guide you in the style right for your artwork. There is a wide range of samples to help you make the right choice. We are open Tuesday to Saturday 9.30am to 5pm, drop in and we will be happy to assist.

Our selection of frames is truly remarkable, with an extensive array to choose from. Our primary focus is on wood frames, which offer timeless elegance, but we also present a collection of metal frames for those seeking a contemporary touch.

To keep things fresh and exciting, we consistently introduce new frames alongside our existing range. Whether you’re in search of a crisp white frame, a sleek pewter option, a classic black gloss, a charming shabby chic look, soft candy and pastel colors, or even a more traditional frame, we have a diverse and fantastic assortment to suit your preferences.

The range of glass available now, is so much more than standard glass or non-reflective.

We are pleased to offer the Art Glass range of glass where your items can be protected from harmful UV rays, and be so pure in appearance that it is almost invisible.

Our standard glass is 2mm float glass, this has always been a standard picture glass. However we are now happy to be able to offer a range of specialist glass that offers your artwork that bit more.

Specialist Glass

AR70 – is our go to glass for your special items a 2.5mm float glass with a 70% UV protection and reflection control, such a clear glass it is hard to see it is there at all.

AR99 – when full UV protection is needed. This glass will protect your artwork from 99% of UV rays, the best protection available and a near invisible glass .

The image to the side shows the difference that Art Glass Water can make to an image, it really appears as if there is no glass in the frame. Come into the gallery to have a look at the sample, it is very impressive.

Reglaze

If you’ve got broken glass in a favourite frame, bring it in to us, we will clean out the broken glass and replace it and have it looking as it was in no time.

Mirrors

We are also able to offer mirrors both plain edge and bevelled edge to go into our range of frames, this means we can make them to the exact size that you require.

Mounting Brings Depth to the Design

There are many different styles available in mounting, to bring out the best in your artwork. We have a large range of both neutral tones and strong coloured mount board to enhance your piece. There are samples of all of these styles in the gallery.
We are also able to cut multiple windows in a mount to go into one frame, this looks great for a range of framing such as, graduation photo and certificate, photo and descriptive title, wedding table plans, or a more stylish way to display a photo montage.

We can supply mount only if you wish to fit your artwork to your own frame.

Canvas Framing

You’ve got a beautiful canvas on the wall which you love, but the artwork just isn’t popping as you’d hope. Consider canvas framing. It can give a whole new feel to your piece and give definition to the artwork and the placement on the wall There are many different options to framing a canvas. Canvas Stretching

If you have a canvas rolled up, we can stretch it onto a subframe so you can hang it on the wall. Getting the canvas stretched gives you the choice to hang it up as it is or put a frame around it. We have a choice of thickness on the subframe and can show your examples in the gallery.

We Can 3D Frame almost anything!

Over the years we have been presented with many wonderful things to frame. Football shirt framing has become a weekly occurrence and we consider ourselves experts in this area. Framing an item takes skill to fix it securely and ensure that it is stylish to place on a wall. We take the time to work with you to select the right frame to set it off perfectly.

The whole process was simple personified and they were simply amazing to deal with - unbelievably knowledgeable, friendly and NO hard sale. Their collection is simply amazing and if they do not carry a particular piece of artwork, then it will be brought in within a very short time. Rob spent a lot of his time showing me all the options for the frame and glass, taking into account my budget. Took my signed Lowry print to The Circle Gallery to get it reframed from the 50 year old original frame. After much advice it was reframed using museum glass and the frame suggested. On collecting the print just looks amazing and the museum glass simply brings the print alive. So grateful for all the advice and the best quality frame.

My Grandaughter gave me a very precious picture she had made, and I wanted it displayed with the rough edges displayed on a black background. The framers hid the rough edges under a mount, which looked much neater, and would have been the usual way to frame the picture. Rob, the owner, was very apologetic, immediately offered to reframe the picture and could not do enough to put the matter right. It was an absolute pleasure to have such a considerate owner, who was not happy until I was happy with the final result, which I am. I am awarding the Circle Gallery five stars because of the excellent customer service and their immediate response to re-make the frame and then Rob delivered the picture to my home. A thoroughly lovely gentleman who really puts his customers first. Thank you, Rob.

I just visited the gallery to enquire about stretching canvas services. Rob was extremely helpful and I didn't feel like it was my first visit to the gallery. He gave me genuine advice on how to stretch the canvas my self as i could not afford the service charges and even offered to lend his tools if I needed them for a day. I have thought for a long time about having my grandfather’s WW1 and my father’s WW2 medals framed alongside their photos and I have been dithering somewhat as I was worried that I wouldn’t be happy with the finished result. I basically needed something very old framed in a way that would fit into an uncluttered all white modern home. I had a really good feeling as soon as I walked into The Circle Gallery that I had found the right place. I had a general idea about what I was looking for and Katie who helped me was not only patient but came up with a good idea I hadn’t thought about. These medals mean a huge amount to me and when I saw the finished result today I could have cried as they look absolutely amazing and far far better than I could ever have hoped for. Fantastic service cannot recommended highly enough.
